Summary
Doctor Iza finally showed up and said "There's no way for you to negotiate with me." Which means that Hayato has to choose the path of battle, instead of the path of dialogue that he is aiming for.
Hokuto feels complicated about fighting Iza due to their deep relationships. In such a heavy atmosphere, Takatora, Gin, and Jo think there is something they can do as outsiders.
