Summary
For joint exercises, the Shinkalion drivers from around the country gather in Ōmiya. However, Ryūji remains in opposition against his younger teammates. There seems to be a reason to his attitude...
In such a situation, the Black Shinkansen appears again. Usually, the Black Shinkansen is supposed to create a Giant Monstrous Being, but this time it suddenly stops on the track.
