The Black Shinkalion Numbers (ブラックシンカリオン ナンバーズ), code-named Black Numbers (ブラックナンバーズ) by the SUEI, are a fleet of replicas of the Black Shinkalion made by Kirin.

Overall[]

Weapory and abilities[]

The Black Numbers units have access to various silver copies of the original Black Shinkalion's weapons.

Appearance[]

Shinkansen Mode[]

The exterior design of the Black Numbers units' Shinkansen Mode is broadly based on the Black Shinkansen, but with silver horns and rear end point instead of gold, as well as pink headlights instead of yellow.

Shinkalion Mode[]

The Black Numbers, when transformed, bare a striking resemblance to the original Black Shinkalion, but with silver details instead of gold, and have silver masks covering their face. Each individual unit has different silver Roman numeral on the left shoulder for distinguishing.

Members[]

The actual amount of Black Numbers units are unknown, if all units were numbered accordingly, there could at least be 90 units due to the largest numbering shown was up to XC.

  • Black Numbers X (Episode 68, destroyed)
  • Black Numbers I, II, III, IV, V ((Episode 69, unit I destroyed, the rest withdrawn)
  • Black Numbers VI, VII, VIII (Episode 70, destroyed)
  • Black Numbers IX, XI, XII (Episode 72, destroyed)
  • Black Numbers XIII, XIV, XV, XX, L, LV, TBA (Episode 73, unit XIII destroyed, the rest withdrawn)
  • Black Dragoon Numbers (Episode 73, destroyed)

Trivia[]

Notes[]

  • Unlike other Shinkalion units, the Black Numbers received no representations in toy form.

Errors[]

  • In Episode 74, the Black Numbers units appear in Hokkaido and Kyoto erroneously share the same designation numeral "LV"; in their only other appearance, the latter was explicitly shown with the same numeral, while the former's numeral was never shown due to it only appeared facing away from the camera. As such, the Kyoto one is most likely meant to the de facto LV, while the Hokkaido one's actual designation numeral remains unknown.
