Shinkalion 700 Nozomi is the second Shinkalion unit of Shinkansen Ultra Evolution Institute West Japan Command Office Kyoto Branch, driven by Jō Itsutsubashi.
Description[]
As one of the three “700 Series” Shinkalion units, the 700 Nozomi is built much smaller than the other Shinkalions, though it can easily fight on the same level as the other units despite its more diminutive stature. Of the three “700 Series” units, the 700 Nozomi specializes in close melee combat, using the Shinca Blade in precision strike attacks.

Shinkansen Mode[]
The exterior design of the 700 Nozomi is broadly based on the Shinkansen 700 Series train. Its livery is mainly white, with two blue stripes throughout the side.
Shinkalion mode[]
The 700 Nozomi, when transformed, becomes a humanoid mech, which still keeps its chest the same as the nose of its Shinkansen Mode.
