Summary[]
Hayato reunites with the rest of Team Ōmiya to fight the new enemy. Although it has been a month since the last time they used the simulation, it doesn't seem to show any blanks in their high coordination. However, Akita feels that his driving is slightly out of place.
On that occasion, a middle-aged man named Izumo Kurashiki visits the Ultra Evolution Institute. Izumo, the president of a very famous enterprise, is the father of Futaba's fiance, Yakumo Kurashiki.

- The opening sequence is updated with the following changes:
- Hayato, Akita, Tsuranuki, Shinobu, Haruka and Azusa are updated with their new casual outfits.
- Tatsumi Kiyosu is added.
- The silhouette of Torame, Sougyoku and Kairen is replaced by Kirin in his office.
- The Black Shinkansen is replaced by the Mysterious Shinkansen.
- Seiryu is updated with his Black Shinkalion Kurenai pilot suit.
- The shots of Torame, Sougyoku, Kairen and Iza is reverted back to the footage of the Ōmiya Branch command room that was previously used in the Episode 1~27 version of the same sequence.
- The footage of E5 and the Black Shinkalion fighting against each other is replaced by Shinkalion E5 Hayabusa MkII and Black Shinkalion Kurenai fighting against Black Shinkalion Ogre.
- N700A Advanced Mode is replaced by N700A activating the deathblow of Railway Tie Nunchaku
- Shinkalion E5 MkII X E6 makes its only appearance.
