Hokuto Hayasugi (速杉ホクト) is a character of Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion THE ANIMATION. He first appears in Episode 01. He is voiced by Tomokazu Sugita.

Hokuto Hayasugi is Hayato's father.
He was the director of Shinkansen Ultra Evolution Institute Omiya Branch. In episode 08, he was transferred to Kyoto Branch. Later, He appointed Futaba Mihara to take his job in Omiya Branch. In episode 23, he becomes the driver of shinkalion 500 Kodama.
