Inori Nagaoka (長岡 イノリ) is a recurring character in Shinkalion. She first appears in Episode 05 of Season 1 and Episode 13 of Season 2. She is voiced by Naomi Maruyama.

Inori is a teacher in Ōmiya Elementary School. She is the homeroom teacher of Hayato Hayasugi, Azusa Ueda, Akita Oga and Tsuranuki Daimonyama.

- Inori's surname Nagaoka is based on a station on the Jōetsu Shinkansen Line and the Shin'etsu Main Line.
