Isaburo Yatsushiro, also known as Iza to the Kitoralsus, is an antagonist in Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion THE ANIMATION. He is first mentioned in Episode 18 and first appears in Episode 19. He is voiced by Yuuji Ueda.
Personal
Isaburo was the founder of the Shinkansen Ultra Evolution Institute and the head of Shinkalion Develop Team. He went missing during the Accident of the Ultra Evolutionary Speed Testing Experiment. After that, he resided in The Underground World, took the alias “Iza” and eventually becomes an advisor to the Kitoralsus Agents.
He is the creator of Shashot, Black Shinkalion,Black Freight Train, and Shinkalion E5 MkII.
