Iza (イザ) is the main villain in Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion THE ANIMATION. He is first mentioned in Episode 18 and first appears in Episode 19. He is the master of the Kitoralsus Agents and the creator of Black Shinkalion,Black Freight Train, and Shinkalion E5 MkII. He is voiced by Yuuji Ueda.
