Keystones (クサビ石), also known as Blackstones (ブラックストーン) to the Shinkansen Ultra Evolution Institute, are a kind of huge crystal formations buried underground in multiple locations throughout japan. The first appears in Episode 02 of Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z.
Description[]
History[]
The Keystones were set up by the ancient Teoti Warriors from while the Teoti still lived on Earth's surface in order to seal away the destruction god, Arabaki, whose rampage on the Earth had caused the planet's environment to become inhabitable for the Teoti, forcing them to migrate to the Yugospia satellite. The twelve Keystones then stood within underground chambers throughout the islands of Japan for thousands of years, until a few members of the Teoti returned with the intent of destroying the Keystones, allowing Arabaki to wipe out humanity and give the Teoti a blank slate for their civilization's return to Earth.
Formation[]
Although the substance of Keystone appeared to be made out of an unknown material unable to be analyzed by SUEI's research apparatuses, it was deducted by former Kitoralsus Agent Genbu after consuming a sample that such unknown material is in fact salt.
