Kotono Mitsuishi (三石琴乃) is a Japanese voice actress and narrator. She is the narrator of the preview of Episode 31 as well as a special trailer of the movie. She voices Misato Katsuragi in Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion THE ANIMATION.
