Summary
In order to get Seiryu accustomed to the surface world, Hayato and Tsuranuki propose a tour of Tokyo Station, Futaba and the rest of the Ōmiya Branch staff are willing to cooperate with them.
On the other hand, at the General Command Office conference that organizes the Ultra Evolution Institute, there has been a growing sense of unease concerning Seiryu and the Black Shinkalion, who have been enemies up until lately. In response to such opinion, Subaru Azuma, the Chief Commander that is known for being strict, comes to inspect the Ōmiya Branch...!?
