Shinobu Tsukiyama is one of Hayato Hayasugi's friends and one of the heroes of the series. He first appears in episode 10. He is voiced by Nanami Yoshimura.

Shinobu is a ten-year-old boy from a ninja family living in the mountains in Yamagata. He is the driver of Shinkalion E3 Tsubasa. He learned ninjutsu technique from his grandfather.
