Snow Godzilla is a giant monstrous being appeared in Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion the Movie: The Marvelous Fast ALFA-X That Comes From the Future.
Biography
Snow Godzilla is a giant creature who inhabits in another dimension. When huge amount of Glowing Particles being released from Konbu Tunnel, Snow Godzilla was affected by the particles and got sent to the world where the anime take place. After encountering Shinkalion H5 Hayabusa, it used its ice breath to obstruct the latter’s view and disappeared instantly. Later when Hayato Hayasugi and his family visited Niyama Plateau Ski Resort, Snow Godzilla showed up agaiun via a portal, astonished everyone on the spot. The code name “Snow Godzilla” was given by Akagi Honjo as it’s confronted by Hayato and Hokuto in their shinkalions soon after. Soon it overpowered E5 MkII and charged its atomic breath, which contains Glowing Particles, towards the latter, but ended up hitting 923 Doctor Yellow as well, sending both shinkalions’ drivers away, while itself vanished shortly after as the particles scattered. During the final battle in the movie, it was brought into Tokyo Station Central Counterattack System as Hayato’s strategy of borrowing forces from other dimensions to defeat Valdor. Having lost the memories of both previous confrontations with the Shinkalions due to the particles’ effects, it naturally targeted on Valdor, the first thing it spotted after being teleported, and trapped it into the atomic breath, giving Hayato the chance to destroy Valdor once and for all with Ultimate Gran Cross.
Trivia
- Its height setting “118.5m” is a reference to that of Shin Godzilla.
- In the movie’s manga adaptation, its role is replaced by The Titan of Glowing Particle.
