The Cadres are senior executives of Shinkansen Ultra Evolution Institute. They first appear in episode 02.
Only four of them have speaking roles, one is from Omiya while the rest are from General Command Office. They are voiced by Kiyohito Yoshikai, Kunpei Sakamoto, Masaaki Ihara and Kenji Yamauchi.
