Like The Black Shinkansen and Black Freight Train, the Mysterious Shinkansen is covered by Black Particles most of the time. But unlike other Shinkansen trains, the Mysterious Shinkansen is free-gauged and thus can also run on the narrow-gauged Zairaisen lines.
