Toki Arata (新多トキ) is a Minor character in Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z and is the mother of Shin and Ayu Arata. She is first mentioned in Episode 01 and first appears in Episode 02. She is voiced by Chiemi Ishimatsu.
